Exceptinal service! I was out of town and the person watching my home got locked out. I called, they verified my identity from afar, came out to rekey the lock the same afternoon. They were friendly and helpful and reasonably priced. Really really great experience.

Very poor experience. I had a mailbox key made. The key did not work. I returned & was made a totally different key. This key didn’t work either. I went back a second time & the employee informed me that I was given the correct key & that it was obviously “operator error”. I requested my money back. I was told that they didn’t give refunds. As I walked out the door I was wished a snarky “have a nice day.”. A totally inappropriate way to treat a customer who had been polite to a company that didn’t provide the service that I had paid for. I did get the key made at True Value. And yes the key worked without any issues. No “operator error”. I was trying to support a local small business. I was very disappointed regarding the treatment by one of the two employees that I encountered. Rudeness & poor service is not acceptable.

After going into their store two times, calling several times and talking to their mobile service employee twice over two months they keep telling me I am on their list to come out to replace door locks. This shop is more than irresponsible and if I could give them 0 stars, that would be more appropriate! I called another shop just now and they will be here in an hour!
