We found All4Fun Jumpers in a FB forum community group, and were so happy to work with their team! From start to finish, Maria, who I was in constant contact with was very friendly, informative and worked with me to understand what we needed for the space we had and also their cancellation policy in rainy months (such as February). The weather was so up and down the whole week; it made us feel better that we had up until 24 hours to cancel the bouncy. Fortunately everything worked out and we had them put a tarp down to keep the feet from the soggy grass. The guys that set-up the bouncy were also super friendly, professional and quick. I believe it only took about 20 minutes to set-up, and they checked with me before they left. Pick-up was quick and easy - they were about 30 min late, but that wasn't a huge deal. The jumper itself was clean, was able to customize the picture on the banner to match our theme and was definitely the highlight of the party! Would use this company again for the amazing service and quality they provide!
Exceptional customer service is the cornerstone "All Fun Jumpers." I've had numerous interactions with the owner Maria and heir customer service team, and each experience has been nothing short of outstanding.
On numerous occasions, I've reached out to Maria via phone, and/or email and I've always been greeted with a warm and friendly demeanor. Maria is responsive, no matter the time of day or the nature of my inquiry, I've always received prompt and efficient assistance.
Furthermore, "All fun Jumpers" goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I appreciate their team delivering, setting up, and wiping down their jumpers in a timely manner. They also offer teacher/Military discounts when you rent any of their jumpers/products.
