Came in for a routine eye exam. Dr. Spooner was awesome. Would definitely recommend him. After the exam, I decided to purchase a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Completed the transaction. He even adjusted another pair of sunglasses for me. All is well. Got home and realized that the frame of my new Ray Ban sunglasses were scuffed. FYI, it is apparently customary for them to sell the displayed sunglasses. (I didn't need prescription sunglasses). Went back to All About Eyes to see what can be done. Staff member thought that it may just be the glue from the price tag, but he couldn't clean it off. He decided to order a new pair for me and allowed me to keep the scuffed pair until I get the new ones. So, if you are going to buy sunglasses off the shelf, just make sure that it's in perfect condition. Awesome customer service for making it right. We'll see how it goes if or when I do get the new pair.
