No respect for senior citizens and thinks everyone they run into are LOITERING even though they live in the community and are seniors. If you want innocent tenants harassed by incompetent 20 hours class security guard non law enforcement. I work with multiple law enforcement agencies throughout the Bay Area and Denver and the encounter was laughable at best. Teach your guards to call the real police on who they feel is violating the make believe law they are unable to enforce. Real law enforcement would be embarrassed by the incompetence of a non sworn guard. Maybe link with law enforcement to understand what real law and de-escalation, harassment is.
