I recommend Guardian termite inspection services. I have always spoken to Steve, he is super nice. Gives you an honest opinion, does not try to sell or up sell you. We bought a home a couple of years ago and he took care of all our section 1 repairs. The following year I called him back to reinspect the areas where they may have been termites. We did not have any. We also noticed some other items around the house and as new home owners were not sure if it needed to be fixed right away or can it wait. Steve honestly told us what we can wait to fix. He also knows a lot of good referrals! If he cannot do the job he knows some who does! If you get anything out of this review, is that you are dealing with an honest, on time, super cool, reasonable company that you can trust. And to me as a new home owner who is still learning how to own a home. I really trust this company! We will be back for any other needs!
