My house is over 100 years old and had 4 layers of roof on it, so mine was a pretty big job. These folks were the cheapest bid by a few thousand and yet I feel incredibly confident that the other contractors would not have done better. These folks did an amazing job. They worked incredibly hard to get the roof on before it rained. They ended up needing to cut some custom pieces to replace rotted fascia boards and had to do a lot of extra stuff as "surprises" came up, as typical for a house this old. But they clearly tried to stick as close to the original bid as possible and communicated early and openly whenever issues arose that might add cost.

I saw the job foreman painting part of my eaves that I would never be able to see and that wasn't even part of what they installed; he just did it because it would help my roof last longer. He did it because the guy had integrity in his work. That was such a refreshing thing to see. I really can't recommend these folks highly enough. In addition to doing great work, I felt listened to and respected and never felt taken advantage of. I won't need them for several decades but I recommend them for you if you're replacing a roof.
