First 2 appliance companies didn’t come through after 2 months. 1 day after coming to my property the right parts were obtained(Subzero brand) and scheduled for a few days later. Andy showed up on time, very professional and cleaned up when done.

BEWARE.....All American Repair is full of crooked techs that will charge you based on where you live and what you drive. My washer needed a sensor that I was going to change myself, called a Hall Sensor. I called them first to see if they had it in stock but when I called they said..."sounds like an easy job...they should be there between 1-4". I decided to look for the part online and found at home depot for $20 dollars. I opened up the back of the machine had everything ready and they called and said would be here in about 10 minutes. So I decided to let them finish the job, since I had not gone to get the part yet. I figured, how much could it be? They show up...3 minutes later its done, because they already knew what it was per my earlier conversation, and sonce I had it opened. They charged me $140 dollars even though I showed them the price of the part. They did not accept the fact thelat home depot had it until I showed them. They did not care. In hind site I should have withheld payment of that amount but that would make me as dishonest as they are. Their argument was..."c'mon you live in nice place with nice car its no big deal". I just wanted them out of my house. BEWARE

I called to have someone come out to repair my LG dryer. The technician, Andy, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up before he left. The price was fair and I highly recommend this company.
