My experience working with Todd was an absolute pleasure. I know inspections may not be the most exciting thing to have to pay for when buying a home, but Todd is worth every dollar. He was beyond professional in all aspects. Todd was very detailed and thorough with both interior and exterior of the house. We highly recommend All American Home Inspections! The quality of their work and attention to detail is simply outstanding! We had two houses inspected by them. The second was needed on short notice, and even though he was leaving on vacation the following day, Todd squeezed us in and provided a high quality and thorough inspection. He's just a great guy. I'm a buyer in a private home sale. Todd promptly fit us into his schedule and performed a very thorough inspection. I received the report before he left the property.
