Had them drain my pool and refill it. First time in April, they did a good job. Hired them again two weeks ago. Didn't do any chemicals and the pool was turning green. Kelsey, one of the associats told me to throw a couple of shock treatments which I did. A couple days later I called them and Jason told me that the pool was "good to go". I don't know what that meant. They also charged me $400 for filter which my new pool guy tells me has broken pieces and not functioning properly. They gave me the run around trying to have me sign for a weekly pool service for $180. I found someone who for half the price and fixed their mess. I may have to dispute the ridiculous price they charged me. Avoid by all means!!

After our previous pool service abandoned us without warning we needed to find another. A friend referred us to All American. They came out and inspected our pool, gave us a quote for the needed work and monthly maintenance. When I went into the store for parts it was busy with both workers and customers, always a good sign. 4 months in and we are very pleased.

They are my go to for chemicals and parts for my pool. I did pool service for a while in college so I maintain our pool myself.
I recently broke the outlet line while trying to replace the o-rings my backwash valve. I wanted to give my local shop a chance to replace the part if the price was close to one I found online. Not only did they have the exact part but it was $35 less. I was able to get the part and the other fittings I needed right then and had the repair completed the next day rather than my pool being down a week waiting for delivery.
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
