Very shady, predatory, money hungry business. My 60 year old mother forgot to hang the handicap tag in the car bringing in groceries & they got her. The appointment to pick up the car was at 2pm, guy shows up at 2:40. People next to us waited over an hour. We asked for a discount as a courtesy for the circumstances & bills due at the end of the month. But dude had no empathy or remorse. At one point he laughed about how it takes less than 2 minutes to tow a car. But we get a 40 minute wait & $525 fee because my mom made a simple human mistake. $125 gate fee just to open a gate with a clicker remote.
What happened to doing jobs that actually help people & improve quality of life instead of price gouging & robbing hard working Americans? Karma is real, people
They tow my car from our parking complex, We had the parking permit, Now I find out the HOA told us there is no expartion on your parking permit, The tow company reason was that my parking permit was expired.
They tow my vehicle even though I had the parking permit when I called them the guy over the phone was extremely rude and they damage my car, That is how they are running their business.
