I would not even give them a star my car was towed even after having a Parking authorization sticker on it. These people don’t have the decency of talking and my post was removed from their page. I want a full review of this and apology for their actions. As it caused me a lot of trouble personaly. I will keep reposting this if you want to keep deleting. The people should know. I’ll be filling for the trouble they give to people and I humbly ask you to connect with me if you have been troubled by these people.

This company is involved in Predatory towing activities. They towed my car illegally from my apartment, when I showed them my tag, they said it was not visible and insisted I pay $425 before releasing my vehicle. They are very rude, complete scammers and should be shut down. Stay away from them at all cost. I will be suing this company.

Just like others have shared , I have the same experience. Company is a scam. I was out of town for a few days. I am a legal tenant/owner , Car was parked in a completely legal parking zone of the community but was towed. They couldn’t provide a reason why it was towed. Very rude in overall communication . My car didn’t even had a tag on, yet it was towed. Rule before towing is to have a tag on for at least one day. And there was no tag. Just for one day I was charged $550. And was forced to pay cash to release it. I have violated no rules no laws , yet was forced to pay such an exorbitant amount and again NO EXPLANATION on why it was towed
