Terrible Customer Service. Did not complete the repair. Tried to charge us for a Warranty-service, after they were already paid by the company. Avoided returning phone calls and messages for more than a month, when we requested a return-visit and stated that the repair was not satisfactory. Arrived outside of the scheduled window and without calling first. Told us several times in different contexts that we were "wrong."

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with.
The person who came in apologized for the confusion of time. I did not respond back and he felt it was not good enough for him and turned around and left.
I Have filed a complaint with the warranty company that recommend this company (which, I think is one person working off the back of his truck- which had no name of his company on the door).
I am also going to file a complaint for worst customer service ever, with the BBB, and rate them worst also on Yelp.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if you are looking for good customer service.

The technician only wants to get cash for diagnosis and then let the thing rot until you deal with the manufacturer. My dual microwave/oven stopped microwaving, while the oven was still working fine. Technician came to diagnose, he figured out that it was the magnetron, but not without cutting the ground cable, because he couldn't figure out how to disconnect it (yes, I saw that). He said he will order part and come back to fix it. The day of appointment, he called and said the part was broken and needed to order another. Then silence radio, I called and they rescheduled the appointment, but nobody showed up or called to cancel. Since then, all my call went to their voice mail, nobody called back, it is like they vanished from the surface of earth. I got a replacement oven from Samsung, after couple months without a microwave. The technician told Samsung it was not repairable... Such a waste of everybody's time, and of a perfectly good oven, that simply needed a new part... Best Buy did the exchange and they were the best! Definitively going to buy stuff from them again. Regarding All city appliances, don't even bother, they don't know or don't want to do much besides rebooting the thing and checking if it is powered...
