All Climate is a rare gem of a local company that has competent technicians, fair prices, and very consistently puts your well-being ahead of profits.
Sharing three personal experiences:
Broken boiler. All Climate quickly fixed the issue at minimal cost, told me the part that went bad, and suggested I wait and see before replacing everything. It was so refreshing to see a recommendation that wasn’t “do the most expensive thing please.”
Long time later, when the boiler really died, I went to All Climate because of their fairness. They did an amazing job with a new installation. They accidentally misquoted me on a rebate (thought I had PSE gas, when I had propane delivered), but because it was their oversight, All Climate made it right for me. Most other companies would have just shrugged and let me deal with the rebate issues myself.
This year, I had a water holding tank issue. They jumped on it and ordered me a replacement with expedited delivery. Two days later, I found out my appliance insurance handled it all. All Climate allowed me to rescind my contract with them, because it was the best thing for me. My insurance did a horrible job and I ended up having All Climate come in a month later, and All Climate did a fantastic job as usual.
Experience after experience, I have had the pleasure of dealing with very competent, efficient technicians.
The quotes were always fair. Thomas N, who helps build quotes, treats every single issue as if his own home ran into the issue. Fast, detailed responses at all hours of the day.
Finally, I love how All Climate consistently looks out for what’s best for my needs ahead of profits. If only I can find businesses like this for every aspect of my home.
Edit: After some back and forth (their service manager was NOT helpful) Jim over in sales got us mostly taken care of. They took a hundred or so off the invoice (their price for a service call) and send another guy to double check everything on the installation. He adjusted the angle on one of the exhaust pipes, and trimmed part of the door which had started sticking after our install. Jim also promised that they were also making changes to their on-call so our situation wouldn't repeat itself. Overall, seems like they (most of them, anyhow) are trying to do right by their customers, and we got unlucky.
Edit: 5 stars to 1 star. 6/23/2023: this afternoon, we discovered that our thermostat was off. I called them at 5, and their answering service notified their "on-call engineer". We hadn't heard back by 7:30, called again. It's now 9:45, and we still haven't heard back. I decided to open up the furnace, as they had done some wiring work, and discovered:

All Climate (Alex and crew) performed an AC install for us on 6/22/23. Scheduling was a little over sold - when chatting with sales, they had a four day lead time for installations, but after signing, installations were four weeks out. Could be that I misheard.
Had a great experience with the installation; on time (early, actually), friendly, clean. Done in about 6 hours, we will see how the inspection goes!
