Completely unprofessional and did not know what he was doing.
American home Shield needs to get rid of this clown.

Garrett is awesome! Just bought a 20 year-old house. It had some faulty GFCI plugs. Garrett, who was sent from American Home Shield, was out here within 36 hours of my initial call. He not only fixed everything, but took the time to teach me about things different in this house ftom my previous. I would use again if I needed an electrician--regardless of whether or not AHS was involved

Garett was unable to fix or give a diagnosis after looking at our washing machine upon his first visit. He said during that first visit to me he thought it was something mechanical and that Sears should probably look at it, but then never relayed to to American Home Shield. He took it apart some during the first visit, asked for a hair tie to use since there was a missing spring some where, also not relayed to AHS. Then asked us to run the machine again after he left and a tube broke and it started flooding our laundry room. He probably broke the machine more that first day. Then said he needed to come look at it again to give a diagnosis. I had to wait over a week for him to come back to do nothing but lie to American Home Shield and say we tore it apart and that there was misuse. All we did was try to get to the leak to put a bowl under it. He’s unprofessional and incompetent at least where washing machines are concerned.
