I have been going to this location for the last several years but i am thinking about switching to another location. The vets are great but this place is lacking in customer service. I have been trying to call to speak to someone since Saturday and no one picks up the phone. It goes straight to voicemail. Everytime. I just need a few questions answered and its very poor customer service. I understand if they are busy, but then call the customer back at least later in the day to let them know they're message was forwarded to a doctor for an answer. I've work in call centers for 5 years, even worked as a receptionist at a vet clinic for a short time, not at least returning someones call to provide an update is so unbearably rude. Especially when its concerning a sick animal. A patient.

Love this clinic and love the staff! Our puppy enjoyed everything and the cutest part was the letter written from his perspective summarizing the whole visit.

10/10 would absolutely recommend Dr. Garrison!

I've been going there off and on for 20 years (probably longer). When they first opened it was half the size it is now with only Drs Lindner and Nottingham. I loved them all then and still do. They now are much bigger and I am impressed with all of the staff. They take wonderful care of my babies and they are very good about updating me on the phone after their exams since we have to sit in our cars. A lot for the staff to do and I respect them all and am thankful for them. Be aware they aren't taking new clients right now but eventually they will open up to new clients once covid subsides. Bless you all and thanks. Caring for 6 dogs is a lot and I'll say again they are the best.
