Tim was fantastic at doing our home inspection. He was thorough, really took his time looking at everything and was filled with knowledge about home owning. As first time home buyers we were so grateful to have him. I highly recommend him and we would definitely use his service again!

Tim provided us a very detailed inspection report, including good pictures of areas of concern for a house we are purchasing. Unfortunately, we weren't available to accompany him during his inspection but the report was detailed and specific enough that we could follow up with our seller. Definitely a big thumbs up to Tim for home inspections.

Huge thanks to Tim for fitting an extremely thorough inspection into a very tight schedule. He was friendly, professional, and an absolute expert. Provided an in-person overview of findings to me and my realtor, and then promptly followed up with a very detailed report.
