Initially I had good feelings about this young man and his work ethics. His cost were quite reasonable and he initially did satisfactory work which was ok because he is very young. I do not typically write reviews and I sincerely hope this does not happen to you. Jesse failed to notify us when not showing up one week. We had to contact him and ask if he was coming. He then replied he would the next day at noon but did not show up until 7:40 that evening, he stayed only 15 minutes total for both the front and backyard lawn care. During the 2 months he came, all areas were not trimmed; I do not know what determines which areas are and which are not. It was never stipulated in the bid. He often missed areas mowing and also blowing grass clippings away, which isn't too terrible, but not blowing them away from the porch area is unsatisfactory. Then one week he did not show up at all, didn't call, nothing! Totally Unprofessional. I did not follow up again to see what was going on with him. He should be the one notifying his clients. The only thing I could think of as to why he maybe did not show up is perhaps he under bid the job, didn't like the area? IDK!!! He could have said something. Therefore I rate him a C-
