Please be aware of using All Season Transport. We had use them recently for one of our shipment at Husky Terminal in Port of Tacoma WA . They have charged us detention from the moment driver entered the waiting lot at 8:38 AM till he leaves the port at 1:38PM not by the TIR gate in time, Also they charge you by the GPS tracking device well their driver can be sitting at the port collecting detention who know????. They have sent in their term and conditions after completing the move. We have worked with so many different carriers at the Husky Terminal and never experienced such a thing. Please read their terms and conditions carefully before you sign any paperwork.
