Great customer service! We had an issue on a Sunday because we tripped a breaker and the tech walked us through on the phone to find the simple fix. Saved us on a hot day!

The All Star team (John, Ky, Aaron, Gabe, Jeff, and Parker) did their work quickly and efficiently. In less than 48 hours we had a new Trane furnace and heat pump installed, the ducts cleaned, everything set up, and soon the system was blasting cool air into our home. John did a good job of leading the team, who were quiet, respectful of our home, and seemed to get along well as a group. From our first contact with Mike Lunan, who wrote our estimate, to the writing of the contract, scheduling through Paige in the office, to today, when John walked us through the components of our new system and showed us how to use the controller, we were very impressed with everyone at All Star. They communicated with us impeccably throughout the process. Kudos to the team! We cannot recommend this company highly enough.
