My low income senior housing facility hired this firm after a single thief returned to our building on multiple occasions. We provided them with a clear photo of the perpetrator. A multi camera system to monitor our biuilding and the times of the night that she usually arrives. Two nights after hiring them she returned. She appeared on numerous cameras and door that were mere feet away from where the guard was supposed to be. The then broke into the building setting off an alarm and using our elevator. The whole time appearing on four additional cameras at about 5am when no one else was up. Then she forced her way out of the building 2 feet from where the guard should have been. That must have woken him up because only after that did we notice him on the camera. The phone records indicated that several minutes after that he contacted the police. This failure to respond cost my organization over $10,000 to keep our seniors safe.
