I did the classic customer experience, I pulled in at 15 minutes to close, went to the cat food section and frantically scanned for the one food that my picky cat wants to eat. Without taking time to actually appreciate how carefully, methodically, and well-organized the cat food section was, I couldn't find the food I needed. Caden immediately recognized my plight and found me. They asked what I was looking for and instantly zeroed in on the specific food I need and all the various options available. Afterwards they provided an exceptional experience, and sent me on my way with some complimentary treats for my cat in the same flavor she loves. She absolutely devoured them and then devoured dinner promptly. Thanks Caden!!

Quick edit - we live close by and are beyond grateful for those who work here! They helped us so much in our first year of owning a dog. We loved coming here, and will miss being a few steps away. Those who work at this store are so kind and patient. Out dog Cowboy expected a visit nearly every time we walked by and we rarely denied it! Thank yall :)

We have always loved this store but that love hit next level a few minutes ago. The manager, Riley, let us in 10 mins after the store had already closed when we completely ran out of dog food. She was so kind and accommodating. No one should make a habit of this but she was a life saver today. Our doggies thank you Riley!
