Failure to contact customer for three weeks, while part was in, will lead to failure to service customer. Although I am unable to say how service work was for the appliances I needed repair on, it wasn't for lack of trying to use this company. Sadly, after ordering and receiving part, "Joe" failed to ever call back to install or evaluate other remaining jobs.
LACK of customer service is Clear. They choose their clients, if you don't fit the profile, they do not contact you back. I've discussed this very issue with several, since it has now occurred it's obvious, this is this companies protocol.
Not sure of "qualifications" to be served, three broken appliances was clearly not enough.
Edit 09DEC2018-Response to All Valley-
Say all you want, simple FACT is Joe never called after three weeks. Upon my reaching out, he stated "he forgot" about me, but my parts were in. Yes, he then made an appointment, so let's keep facts fact. He did not contact me, he did not set an appointment upon receipt of parts. Since I actually require maintenance on three appliances, I felt being "forgotten" was too much a risk. The follow up calls sounds just short of harassment, so, please, understand why you are not repairing my items-You FORGOT about me, not because you're a small company that does great, you're a small company that lacks attentiveness to detail from what I experienced.
