Worked here before and they don't train you, they are desperate for workers but are unprofessional, rude, and don't respect the schedule you picked (they forget everything) .another thing, I told them specifically I couldn't watch males only woman and they said "that's fine", but then another day complained why I couldn't that I should do it it's my job ... but in my orientation you guys said I can pick my own schedule how I would like it however. Yelled at me for calling off one DAY and you said I called off so many days... LIES! You don't even know how to do the right job check yourself home girl .
