Horrible supervisors who never have their act together, lack of communication, and unprofessional. Other supportive staff has to no knowledge about their job. Caregivers are hired and work just for a paycheck, with little to no experience. If zero stars were an option they'd get zero. Don't go through this company!!!

Well truthfully. Thought everything was going great with the caregiver we had. But when the caregiver started to have a very personal relationship with her clients grandson and decided to start an actual relationship with the grandson and leave for caring for the client. I called the agency to complain and in a rude way. They said “we are taking care of it…” well I really hope so. Because now this vulunaberal adult has no help for her until they can find a new caregiver. So yeah I really hope you’ve taken care of it.
