Clean facility, but small inconsistencies in the process depending on your masseuse. The 1st time I had hot towels laid on me during the massage, but not the second time around for the same service. Also, they are very inflexible even when there are appointment changes initiated by themselves. Hence, docking 2 stars for the capitalistic service. But good price otherwise, and great masseuses.

Hit and miss. I had to update my experience. First time I tried it was great, the pressure was right and it was relaxing. When I purchased groupon, it was terrible I was having postpartum anxiety and I needed something to relax my body. The pressure was too much and I tried to keep telling the masseuse. She will adjust the pressure but after few minutes it was back to too much pressure. My body ached for couple of days and during the massage, my whole body is much more tense because of the pain. Gave at least 3 stars for the first time I tried and it was great.
