I had a great experience working with Casandra to schedule our inspection with Kyle. They were both extremely helpful and available on short notice.
Casandra helped with several rescheduling and cancelations and was pleasant throughout the whole process.
Kyle seems to really enjoy his work and was informative throughout the inspection whether or not it was solicited or not he offer insightful information on our potential new home.
We did not end up winning our bid, but we gain a lot of confidence through the process and working with Allegiance. We look forward to them inspecting our future home. Thanks a bunch!
Our inspector Kyle Brose was available quickly after we made an offer on a house. He did a thorough job and was available to answer questions during the inspection. The inspection report, with color pictures, was in my email about an hour after Kyle concluded the inspection. I remember reports taking a day or two before they were available. This is the second time I had Kyle inspect a house in a month. The previous house deal fell through because of serious concerns raised during the inspection. I would recommend using Allegiance Home Inspection and Kyle Brose in the future.
