I would definitely recommend Allegiant home and inspection. James did an excellent job. We live in Seattle and are buying a house in Cannon Beach. He gave us such a thorough inspection report, with photos, that it put our minds at ease, and now we know exactly what to fix. His customer service was exceptional, and we feel very grateful to have found him.

John was very thorough on our older home purchase. Older homes can have unique issues with repairs, additions, and age, and John carefully and throughly performed our whole home inspection. He took time after to walk us through both issues that needed attention and things that might look strange versus more up to date homes, but were just fine. He did not rush through his explanations, and made sure we understood his findings. His report after was detailed, with clear photos that would help with any repairs or discussions with the seller. We are very happy we called John for our inspection!

James provided a pre-purchase home inspection for us. His knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness are exemplary. The report he provided not only gave us peace of mind but provided valuable information that we can use for years to come.
