While the technicians are always professional and friendly, the business office is a complete disaster. I have used their services for years, and during 2020 the companies finance department began having issues. In an effort to support a small business, during the start of a pandemic, I set the billing issues aside. To date, October 2022, their billing practices have continued to regress, require hours of my time (month after month) because they are either:

If you don’t mind administrative and financial management incompetence, you will be happy with their service. For me, the countless emails, phone calls and tracking required to baby sit the billing has been unacceptable.
