Allied Appliance Repair is Less Than Useless. Complete waste of time. Wrong diagnosis, inability to repair, 4 months wait from initial consult to giving up. Inability to forward records to Thermador for unit replacement or to us. No follow up. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. It is rare that I encounter this level of ineptitude. If you want endless frustration and to lite cash on fire, these are your people!

If you can get a tech at your home they seem to be knowledgeable and friendly. But in similar fashion to most repair places, communication is abysmal, awkward phone conversations, and they rely on you to hold them accountable. Please consider using someone else first. If this is a Lowe’s or Home Depot warranty guarantee please ask them for another repair shop.
