Second time dealing with this company. HORRIBLE. They are owned by greystar, makes sense, as greystar has been notorious for being slumlords.
They NEVER answer phones or get back to you. THEY NEVER take care of the property. THEY NEVER can keep their paperwork straight, and they NEVER are good at accounts and ledgers. Once in a while over the large and vast amount of revolving door managers, you will find a very kind person, but that does not mean the do their job. They are on their phone with their feet kicked up in the office as I have seen, and yet claim they have no time to deal with much (when you can catch them that is)
Things are great, then when they take over....it goes to trash. Look at the rating, avoid like the plague.
