Incredibly difficult to reach, incredibly sketchy communication patterns. Underhanded business style, would not willingly traffic with them. They’re pretty much privateer scammers from the basis of my experience and the experience of other reviewers.

DO NOT LET YOUR LENDER DEFAULT YOU INTO THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ON HOLD, SENT COLLECTION NOTICES AND NEVER ABLE TO FIND A RESOLUTION. Lender placed insurance on a rental property and they would not accept my cancellation post proof of insurance. Was sent to collections and now 3 months into cancelling & attempting to get my previous premiums back.
