I went to one of the malls that they patrol and turned into the parking lot but one of you security guards was parked in the middle of the turn lane with their lights on and I waited about 5 minutes before I turned around and found another entrance as he would nor move out of the entry.

I called them several times but I cannot get to the hiring department it keeps saying wait on the line to move further help you and then it just hangs up

We met Lewis a security guard at the Tacoma Verizon store today ,he noticed when we left the store during closing that we were having car issues. He took the time to help us. We can't thank him enough for his help and kindness
