Allixo is always very responsive to service requests, prioritizing issues appropriately. My experience with various technicians has been positive -- they have good technical AND customer service skills (a combination that is greatly appreciated). On an enterprise level, they have done an excellent job listening to our organizational requests and constraints, designing solutions that meet our needs while laying out plans for future growth.
