I just finished Stella's month-long Bye-Bye COVID Weight class and am well on my way to some serious weight loss. Stella, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, organized a course that was fun, interesting, effective and easy to follow. Every week we had a challenge or assignment, and in our own Google group shared experiences, reflections and photos of delicious meals we prepared. Stella gave us many tasty recipes to try and we were able to talk to one another in two Zoom meetings. As students, we worked on simple foundational concepts that were presented each week. I appreciated the whole foods approach and found that my appetite for unhealthy sweets/treats disappeared. Stella is the best, and I so appreciate her extensive knowledge and resources, her graciousness and supportive approach, and her guidance in sensibly losing the weight that has long stuck with me. The course was outstanding! I am down 10 pounds and feel terrific. For me, this approach is much easier than WW, where I have been a member for many years. Thank you Stella! Mary Gentry
