Michael and Fredric have helped me sell two homes in The Rancho Conejo community. Their willingness to offer FREE home inspection, termite inspection, home staging and handyman services before they market homes, is a true game changer. . I received multiple offers in 5 Days at FULL asking price with exceptional representation… I MUST mention – Michael’s mortgage lending and financial background to screen the qualification of buyers and their lender’s preapproval letter before tying up a home and opening escrow is unbelievable. Michael and Fred have an amazing eye for value and helped me through the process of correctly pricing my house for sale.
