Extremely poor customer service and they are now called Allstream. We have been a client for many years and pay a premium for internet service that absolutely sucks! Their service technicians are all dim bulbs with attitude and little too no knowledge.We will be taking our business elsewhere after talking to them this morning. Buyer beware as this company should not be in business! They clearly just don't care and we pay for 3 meg service that works half the time and is a slow as two cups and a string!!

Very poor customer service. We have been a customer since 2004, and when we voiced our concerns (they forwarded our phone line to the wrong number for 2 days), they offered us a $5.00 invoice credit. When I told them I wanted to terminate the contract due to the way they responded to my concern ($5.00 credit? They can keep their $5.00...), they sent me instructions on how to terminate the contract instead of trying to retain a customer that has been with them for 15 years. It was laughable. We are switching providers.

Highway robbery. My bill was $280 a month. They just raised rates to $978. i was unaware of the rate increase. Terrible cash grab from rich people. "No refund is likely" rep said. Unbelievable.
