Alluring Homes, its founder&CEO an its team did a great great job replacing about two thirds of our 30 year old clay tile roof in our two story almost 50 years old Mexican colonial house, a 3700 ft2 house. We seleted them to do the work among five vendors that bid to do the work. They were among the two lowest $$ vendors. I was most impressed by them from the first day I met founder&CEO Sergio Espinosa as he came to recommned what to do and within one day emailed me the bid with plenty of details of what it included. The team that did the work taking about a week and a half was great, highly experienced and the finished roof looked great. Sergio came to check every other day and was in touch with the team as needed. The team was very communicative, all very nice, and they were very flexible to synchronize with the team of painters that had to paint areas on the walls right after taking off the old roof tiles and before installing the new tiles. My wife and I give our highest recommendations to them !!!
