Avoid this place. It is attractive because it is local and the prices are aggressive, but it is entirely unprofessional. They did not meet their delivery commitments. Getting a person on the phone is near impossible (call the number and you are lucky if it is answered 1 in 10 times). They are unapologetic for the impact of leaving you without drinking water for your employees and customers.

They have good customer service. I agree there is rarely a phone answered but there is always a call back when you leave a message which is all I expect. They are usually on time for their deliveries but there are always exceptions especially when drivers call in sick. We have been using them for the 4+ years i have been working for our company and i recommend them. Sometimes we do run out of water especially when the weather is hot and they usually make it here the next day and that is fine with me as it is not their fault we ran out early.
