DO NOT SELL YOUR GOLD HERE. The below review was written by the store owner, whom is by far the lousiest and most cheat-filled source to sell your gold in the area. Customer service is horrible and the people who call them selves "employees" here are BEYOND untrained. My jewelry was completely ruined BEFORE anyone EVEN ASKED ME whether it was OK to file it down and bend it to crap. But that's beside the point, some people forget to ask whether they can do rough tests on jewelry, but then, of course, I quickly realized that not only was the service and setting here horrible, but they also used a TIPPED SCALE to inaccurately under-value gold and silver merchandise. Folks, don't waste the time I did by bringing my gold here, THEY LITERALLY TRIED TO TELL ME TO MY FACE MY GOLD WEIGHED HALF OF WHAT IT DID. -REAL CUSTOMER.
