I had hair below my shoulders I asked for a trim a very tiny bit! And I left with part of my bangs a half inch long and my hair is at the bottom of my ears !!! It's taken 3 years just to get that long and she destroyed all my length and my hair looks like a clown I've never been so upset 😡 I don't even have a ponytail anymore 😭😭😭😭😭

Amazing customer service!! Everyone here is really friendly don't be inmidated if you see a lot of people waiting just go in and see if they have an opening. Their are 4 people from which you can get a hair cut from. I go see Eliseo he's more of a barber and does really good work.
