Haven't eaten here in a few years since they stopped serving pork lau lau, but tonight our dinner was fantastic! Still no pork lau lau but the kalua pork tasted just like the lau lau... so satisfying 😋 Huli huli chicken was so spot on.. tender and flavorful. Mac salad was yummy (not usually my thing), flavor has improved and I finished it. If it stays consistent, I highly recommend.
Holy guacamole, this place is fantastic! The food… my mouth waters just thinking of it. We ordered a mixed plate with kalua pork and cabbage plus shoyu chicken. Naturally, it came with scoops of rice and mac salad. We also got an order of garlic chicken. We ate everything family style.
My 4 year old was pointing aggressively at the next bites he wanted. He was all in on the food. (High praise!)
From the music to the friendliness, this place feels like home. Aunties and Uncles are serving love on plates!
