The reviews don’t lie! Zeb & Colby from Aloha are the BEST! It’s a small family biz & they treat you like you’re one of their own. Zeb was quick to respond and come by to see what the issue was & didn’t try to sell me on any service until he knew what was going on. He is so informative and was willing to share step by step what was going on and how our whole system worked. We learned so much & he gave us valuable advice on how to care for our septic. We ended up needing a filter replaced, all our tanks pumped, a new pump installed, drain field checked, and two risers put in and all along the way it was full communication & honest quoting. Really put us at ease to know they were here to help & everything was going to get fixed. Can’t say enough good things about these guys! Only going with Aloha from here on out!

Guys was easy to work with, thoroughly explained every step of the work to include worse case scenario, very transparent and I respect that. Highly recommend and will definitely contact for future services.

Will never do business again! Put me off for a week, 2 days before 4th of July weekend. Also, had me dig up all the lids. He told me there was 7 lids and it turned out to be 10! Also shot a text at 7:37am that he was going to be at the rental this morning then shows up knocking on the door at 7:53 without confirmation and the tenant was sleeping. After that the guy spent 5 minutes and says he can't pump the tank because his truck is too small and the waste looks contaminated. he then says to try another company. Called another company and they were out within an hour and said there's nothing foreign in the tank and had no problem dumping it at the dump site, Also wrote me a report stating as much. After all this Zeb at (Aloha septic) tries to text me a $164.00 bill for a (Sevice call) for services he couldn't perform nor did he test the waste, instead he chose to assume. I feel it was 97* out already and he didn't want to do the job. Im not paying for his day at the lake. Stay away!
