Dr. Butler is amazing 👏. I can be vulnerable, open, honest and transparent with her on the depth of my experiences with death, loss, grief, & my own identity.
With her vast experience she has great capacity to hold space for me and I feel safe and strengthened.
We've been working on healthy boundaries, self awareness and practicing self kindness.
She has great cultural competence and is able to break down nuisances I'm a way that I can understand and apply to my own experience as a woman of color.
Lifestance Platform needs to be Replaced or Repaired
I'm sadden that the Lifestance platform that connects us is subpar. I continue to be charged for Telehealth visits that are covered through my provider. The latest changes have increased login time by 15min which is very frustrating and lengthy,, when none of the information has changed from week to week.
Unfortunately, I've made to miss two of my monthly appointments this month. And in part because after 6pm, the folks that answer the phone are not given the list of doctors scheduled after 5pm or there numbers or a way to message them in the system.
This needs to be fixed. I'm a healthcare workers till on the Frontlines. My clinical appointments are essential to my well-being and ultimately that of the children and families I support.
I hope that in writing this message because after several attempts I can't get through to my appointment ot my account or the platform to leave a message. So I GIVE UP!!!
