Bill has an awesome set up with great sounding outboard analogue gear. I really love that he is so conscious about capturing a great signal before going into the box. Also he’s great at coloring these signals specific to each song.
Bill is also a great musician himself and helped us with arrangement ideas as well as coming up with parts that took out songs to the next level.

When my project's engineer had a scheduling conflict my band rerouted our E.P. recording to Alpenglow Sound. Efficient, affordable and professional, Bill had us rockin' in no time! Great gear (every instrument you need finely tuned), sound, and most importantly, an engineer who listens closely and isn't afraid to make suggestions. Post production and mastering were done with smooth communication and in a timely manner. A truly groovy spot for creativity.

I have worked with Bill a few times now, both for singles and most recently a full album, and the quality of his work is outstanding. He has a studio full of analog gear and uses it with a creative flair that really helps elevate a mix. He has even lent a hand helping rescue songs that weren't quite working, and with a few mix techniques really made them pop. He's also organized and very easy to work with remotely. I will definitely be sending my next album to Alpenglow Sounds Studios for mixing.
