I've been a member here for a year or more. I think a lot of people doubt what can be done in such a small space, but Sam has utilized the space really well. There is a great amount of equipment in here, and it is versatile equipment. 24/7 access with a Key FOB which is great for shift workers etc. I prefer to workout late at night, so this was a must for me (former rotating shift worker here, old habits die hard!). The space is clean, and the majority of the members re-rack their weights and have general courtesy of others. I have only had to re-rack someone's weights twice since I've been coming here, so I'm sure it was either an emergency or an oversight. But not a big deal for me as it hardly ever happens.
Even with 3 or more people working out at the same time the equipment is spaced far enough apart that you don't feel like you are on top of one another. I used to be an Anytime Fitness member and even though they had a lot of space, the equipment was so close together it felt really uncomfortable.
Sam also offers personal training, and he is a super motivating, happy, kind guy. Wherever you are at in your fitness journey, beginner to advanced, you would benefit from and enjoy Sam.
He does cap the membership in order to keep it from becoming too crowded, and I think most of the members appreciate that. So it may be a con for someone looking to join if he doesn't have a space available, but I can tell you that it's worth the wait! I know some people I've talked to have disliked that there isn't at least one treadmill and have opted to keep their AF membership, but I think the bike is sufficient for most.
