I called this place for a mobile grooming and they called me back to discuss price and they quoted me a price and said "plus tax" when I asked about the tax they didn't seem to know what they were taxing me on. I figured they were new to the business and made an appointment and they never showed up. If you are reading this as the owner, you can't tax on "service" just like you can't tax on a haircut or massage. Good luck in your future business adventures.

We’ve always gone through alpha grooming and they’ve always been alright, but today the groomer didn’t even brush her and when they hit a few tangles, just started shaving. When we said we’d never had that problem before and had always gone with his company, he said his colleagues weren’t that good and didn’t get the knots out (which was not accurate- they had always brushed her out well). He needed to use google translate or have the main office call us in order to communicate, and when we sent pictures and a video of us running our fingers through her fur to show it wasn’t matted, the office just stopped answering or responding. We didn’t trust him to finish her and have to take her somewhere else. I’ve never had this kind of trouble with a groomer in my entire life, and have always had dogs. It was the end of the day and I’m sure he wanted to finish work, but this was ridiculous

Tony and Alberto was amazing! Their professionalism and patience was outstanding! My dog was dealing with grooming anxiety and was very snippy. They worked with him and showed him so much patience and took their time and got the job done. The grooming did not feel rushed. I have seen people giving negative reviews about the language barrier, but that doesn’t play a part into them treating your fur baby with patience and love. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
