Kevin with Alpha Home Inspections did an incredibly thorough job. The inspection report came with tons of photos, easy to understand explanations, and a rating system to understand which issues were a "get to it eventually" concern vs matters of safety or structural integrity. Kevin took the time to explain everything and answer my questions in person at the house. Plus, we received our report the same day of the inspection.
