I took my car here to get it checked out for some flooding in the interior. They charged me $250 just to tell me they couldn't fix it. Later, I heard something clattering on the roof of my car, turned out it was a piece of my windshield that had come off that they didn't put back on. I had to go and get them to put it back on for me. It's honestly a shame, everyone there was really nice and responsive. I'm not super knowledgeable about cars, so sometimes I feel like mechanics talk down to me, but I didn't feel that way here, which was nice. The actual quality of the work just wasn't that great.
"EDIT" So from 2 Stars to 5!! I really was only going to give them 4 because I had to take it back. They absolutely knocked it out of the park at the Clackamas store. I'm going to chalk it up to the guy at the Sellwood store was just having a bad day(read below). ;) It is literally back to showroom and wasn't expecting that good. I threw them another $100 because now it looks like a $500 job rather than a $200 job for $375. Great bunch of guys and very willing to make it right if something is wrong. I would highly recommend!!!
I have a black BMW which I know black is a pain in the @$$. But as soon as I got it home and looked at in the sun light I could see a bunch of swirl marks. Don't get me wrong it looks a lot better than it did and they got most of the blemishes out but I guess I was hoping for more since how high rated they are. For $375 it's an ok job nothing special. 🤷 I'm now editing this from 3 to 2 stars. Just went out tonight and put a flashlight to it and there are dull spots next to clean spots. took a real close look and there's missed spots all over it. I will be calling tomorrow to see how they want to resolve this. Stars may go up or to just 1. For almost $400... not even close.
