I had Jason Woods install my AC unit a few years ago in Pioneer and he was professional and did a great job, however my unit unfortunatley went out over the weekend and I left a message on the office phone for a service call. I called back first thing Monday morning and the office lady advised me she would check with Jason to see about scheduling a service call as Jason makes his own schedules? I called back 3 hours later to see if Jason could schedule me as I did not get a call back. The office lady told me she had no idea when I could get a service call as she had no idea what Jason's schedule was but it would be at least 2 weeks before Alpine could get to my house....... This information would have been nice to know up front as now I have wasted 3 hours that I could have been calling other HVAC companies in the area, frustrating to say the least. I'm not sure what's the purpose of having someone in the office answering the phone when that person cannot answer nor provide any information regarding availability of scheduling a service call?
