My husband and I are visiting from Texas to care for my mother in law remains. Tobias has been patient with us. Our time here has been taxing and demanding. Even if we call tobias 5 times in one day just to make sure something was done or needed, he always has a calming voice and ensure that all is well. Im so grateful for his patience during this trying time. Given the fact my husband is the only child and we know no one here, Tobias has been wonderful
Update: it's been 7 months since we were serviced. We paid for 6 death certificate for my mother in law and only have 5. When I called him in October (a few days after we left California) I let him know we were missing a death certificate. We have yet to receive the certificate that was paid for AND he stopped answering my calls
